Q: How do I create my first jam?
A: Tap the "+" button in the tab bar, fill in event details, pick a location on the map, and tap "Create Jam".
Q: How do I find jams near me?
A: Make sure location services are enabled. The Home tab shows jams near your current location.
Q: Can I attend private jams?
A: Currently, all jams are public. Private jams are coming soon!
Q: How do I edit my profile?
A: Go to Profile tab → tap "Edit Profile" button.
Q: How do I delete my account?
A: Email us at [email protected] to request account deletion. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.
Q: I forgot my password
A: Use the "Forgot Password" option on the login screen, or contact support.
Q: How do I join a jam?
A: Tap on any jam card, then tap "Join" on the event details screen.
Q: Can I leave a jam after joining?
A: Yes! Open the jam details and tap "Leave".
Q: How do I cancel a jam I created?
A: Currently, contact support to cancel events. Event management features coming soon!
Q: I'm not receiving notifications
A: Check Settings → Notifications and ensure push notifications are enabled for Jamly.
Q: Why does Jamly need my location?
A: We use your location to show you nearby jams and events. You control location permissions in device settings. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.
Q: Is my location shared with other users?
A: Your exact location is never shared. Other users only see which jams you've joined. Learn more on our Safety page.
Q: The app is crashing
A: Try force-closing and reopening the app. If issues persist, uninstall and reinstall, or contact support.
Q: Jams aren't loading
A: Check your internet connection and location permissions. Pull down to refresh the feed.
